Under the Dome

Finished reading Stephen King’s latest book, Under the Dome on Kindle yesterday. Classic King and thoroughly enjoyable, even surprising as several main characters actually survive. I’ve read just about everything King has ever written and Dome, along with last year’s Duma Key and Just After Sunset he’s really been on a roll. He seemed to be in a bit of a funk after completing the Dark Tower series — who wouldn’t be after completing their life’s work? — but his last few books have been perfect airplane reading.

I wonder if I’ll be reading his next book on iPad 10 hours of active use may be enough to make it a killer book reader, especially for PDFs and programming books.
